Weee!
New trainees came in to my company, which makes me a senior trainee. Wuahaha so proud of myself with this title!
Anyway, hope to get along with those new trainees so we could make our “Trainee Guild” bigger and more impressive. Arh you should know I am just crapping about the Guild thing right!
Still, being in the company for more then 6 weeks already, gave us (or at least me) a lot of new experience. Main ones, those people who are crazy over power, which abuse their powers by shouting or insulting those who are under their big palm. (You get what I mean??)
Being new, it’s often normal to be bullied. Luckily, in my case it wasn’t serious, at least not as serious as my friend who was shouted as an “Alien” in front of like, 20-30 staffs. Pity her..
When working, weekend is the time that we deadly look forward to. For me, whether it’s spending my weekends over in Penang, or slacking around in Ipoh, both does fine as long as I needn’t have to wake up early and drag my ass to work.
Now only I understand how come people always rant about their work, cause working are really FULL OF COMPLAIN! You complain about your colleague, about the guards, about the food, about the computer, about supervisor, and basically about EVERYTHING!
Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok. Ok.
I’ve rant enough, time to stop.
No! Not yet!
With dieting period for me, I am really not in a good mood, so quit throwing YOUR work to me ok! I am not your maid nor your assistance, so do your fucking work yourself! Seriously hate people who are not responsible and not capable.
One more thing, Ipoh has a really bad (erm how do I say this) road system? Blardy hate those people who drives at the outer lane S-L-O-W-L-Y, I mean real S–L–O–W… Did you get yourself bribed when you get your liscence?? Don’t you know that you have to drive at the left lane unless you are overtaking??!!
Also, there are really way too many traffic lights in Ipoh. Please, this is really wasting time! One straight road with 6 or more traffic lights, one thing that you could at least do is to synchronize them! Use the blardy technology man!!! Or even more simple, USE YOUR BRAIN!
Ok stop. There are still a lot for me to complain about (Yes I am being fussy so what) but I shall control myself. I have high EQ, and I shall not be mad over such tiny stuffs.
I have high EQ.. I have high EQ.. I have high EQ.. …
*brain exploded and die fainted*

Aye, practice and apply the 90/10 Principle? We have no control over the 10% which kinda represents the things that happen to us, but we are in full control of the 90% which stands for how we choose to react to the 10%
Cheers!

Deimos Tel`Arin - I hope I really can practice the 90/10 principle but sometimes feelings and emotions are things that we can’t control, so I’ll just let it be, but only a small time period.

Glad to read that you are getting along with the trainees. :D
The 90/10 Principle is hard and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to practice it almost daily. :)
“feelings and emotions are things that we can’t control”
That is an excuse I used to say last time when I finished a fight with my Darling, she kept saying that I am always like that, cannot change, want to break up etc.
Over these years I slowly discover that I am able to exert some form of control over my feelings and emotions, well especially those destructive ones, it certainly ain’t easy though.
“so I’ll just let it be, but only a small time period.”
Small period is good, but remember that you have HQ? ;) So don’t waste it, if you can and is able to, try and practice the 90/10 Principle whenever the situation deems fit.
In fact I think you are already practicing the 90/10 Principle, just keep it up yo. Practice makes perfect aye.
Cheers!

Typo error. -_-
HQ = High EQ
Go install a wordpress plugin that allows users to edit their comments within a certain time frame?
Cheers!
