I grow, I grew.

There’s only one word to describe my team building, which is FUN!

It’s not that the location is damn classy or cosy. In fact, I have so much to complain about the locality. To paind the picture, it’s located by the beach. The sands are rough, and not to mention, a lot of the broken seashells, which cuts into our feet when walking/running around.

Also the indoor isn’t equipped with aircond. Imagine, go under the hot sun already, then it’s just normal fan! HOT ARRR! Especially having burned by the sun, and absorbed just about any heat that the sun shines INTO our flesh. It’s burning from the inside. Ok I was exaggerating, but really, it’s damn hot.

Food was alright. Not too bad, not too good either. But the drinks are way too sweet, and not to mention the banana which isn’t ripe!!

Facilitator wasn’t the best I’ve seen. There was only one guy - Jimmy to lead us, together with his assistant - Janet. Jimmy was leading, explaining our tasks, objectives most of the time, with Janet doing all the setup jobs. Ultimately, he’s still not too bad, just acted kinda sarcastically.

Though with so many unsatisfactory, I never regret for attending the team building. Despite all the sun burning, sand scratches, molested by numerous people, sweating like my body produces water, I still love the team building.

I am actually proud of what we are, The Prudential Wealth Planners!I am impressed with what we are today. It’s one team that I’ve seen having the highest endurance among themselves. Even Jimmy is impressed.

With our job’s requirement and training, with the huge rejection rates, with all the objections like economy crisis, we all are still able to make it! It’s because of our job, we are all trained to persevere!

When doing all the tasks given, no matter how hard physically or mentally it is, NOBODY MENTIONED ABOUT GIVING UP! We think, we work, we try, until we get the solution. We supported each other for every activity. We motivate each other. We know, there’s no one else that know how hard this job is except for ourselves.

I enjoyed every second in this 2 days. No matter how tired I am by the end of the day, I felt satisfied, because I accomplished a lot on that day itself. Even I had so much scratched on my elbow because of crawling on the rough sands, sunburn on my cheeks and my neck, I have no regrets. LOL!

I learned a lot throughout the team building. Many thanks to those who’ve took part in organising this activity. Also thanks to my manager, whom sort off “convinced” me to go. LOL!

XIE XIE NI~!
