A minute you are looking for potential bf/gf, another minute your friend tells you that he’s getting married.

YEAH, MY LOVELY PRIMARY-SCHOOLMATE/SECONDARY-SCHOOLMATE/TUITION-MATE/SCHOOL-BUS-MATE IS GETTING MARRIED, THIS FRIDAY NIGHT!

Wah I still can’t accept this fact. Yah I know, he’s not my first friend to get married, but seriously he’s one that I least expect to get married so soon, unless for ehem you know what reason.. but I asked, he denied it!! (He did give me a valid reason though.)

Oh oh. Still so excited lah I don’t know why. I mean, isn’t it abit too young to get married at my age cause I feel that people at this age are somehow financially unstable. Agree? Ah but nevermind, my friend has a rich father, and that’s what he needs to be financially stable.

Anyhow, I wish my friend a HAPPY MARRIAGE, and all the BEST be it his marriage, career, health, or wealth.

I wanna help more people.

Okay. Pointless article. I am just so random.

Off to Cameron Highlands, again. This is my third trip to Cameron this year.

Had a sty on my right eye. Luckily I realise it early, before it spread into a bigger piece, then I feel like dying. Consulted doctor, and got the medicine. Hopefully it doesn’ erupts when I’m in Cameron. Nobody would want their pictures with a STY on the eyes right!!?

Anyway, this trip will be fruitful I guess. Craving for some time off from my job. Way too much of rejections and objections, life just couldn’t be easier if you wanna succeed yah?

On my birthday, I had my birthday meal with my buddies (Kevin, KenJin, Min, Qkuan and Belinda) at Dome cafe in Gurney Plaza.

It was sucha long time that I didn’t dine in Dome already, was missing all the dishes.

I ordered the usuals, Nasi Lemak with beef rendang. Yah it’s a big big plate of rice and beefs, together with some anchovies, peanuts, fish crackers, and others which can be seen from the picture. Yeah it’s still so delicious as ever.

Min ordered nasi lemak too, but her’s is with curry chicken, which taste equally as nice. I actually had a hard time deciding which nasi lemak to order. In the end, min chose chicken so I took up the beef. Lol.

Kevin ordered the Big Burger. Let me tell you, this burger is 100000 x better then those you can get from McDonalds. To me it’s even better then the one I had in House of Paddington. Everything just combine in the correct way. The beef wasn’t too dry, nor too juicy. Seriously good.

Kenjin had Fish ‘n Chips. The fish is still as fresh, juicy, as ever. This is one dish that my whole family like when they visit Dome. You needn’t have to worry cause the Fish ‘n Chips taste so nice in Dome, unlike the one in Manhatten Fish market. HAHAHA!

Qkuan had the signature Chicken & Mushroom pie. The pastry is crispy, and the creme soup inside is damn creamy. Dip the pastry together with fresh mushrooms and chicken, and some spices, it made the pastry taste even better!

After eating and some chit chatting, I get to blow my birthday cake! Wooohoo! For your information, I had three cakes this year, but this is the only one that I blew and make wish. LOL!

Yeah, I wished success for my career, and I mean it.

Weeks ago, I received my Convocation ceremony’s picture posted from the studio. Memories flushed into my mind.

I missed the times when we complained about how sucky that lecturer is when the lecturer stare at us talking non stop in the class. I missed the times when we skipped class/revision time before exam and went to Jaya Jusco to play at the amusement park! I missed the times when we gather at Johny’s Restaurant and started gossiping non stop.

Oh yeah I’m officially graduate!

I missed the times when we studied together in library, Starbucks, KFC, MCD, your house, my house, and whatever place that have a table and comfy chairs/sofa to sit on. I missed the times when we could not decide where to have our lunch after class. I missed the times when my housemate come over to my room and gossip about people, or vice versa.

Now, I walk with “wind”. HAHAH!

I missed the times when we have badminton together, and also meals after that. I missed the times when we asked almost everyone just to find enough people to fill up a court for badminton. I missed the times when we coordinate who’s sitting who’s car for badminton. I missed the times when we drive all the way to town just for a lunch, or dinner.

Ah, don’t snap me, I am SHY. Like for real ha.

Oh. How sweet university life is, too bad, it’s a history already. What I can look forward now is the figure on my payslip increasing every time I receive it. Muahahha!

Long long time never felt so bored already. My day and nights were full of thinking, and meeting people. Suddenly I’ve got nothing to do, felt lost la wei!

I wanted to blog something with pictures, but since I’m using my new lappie which has neither pictures nor photoshop, I think I shall stick with letters this time.

Now, come to think about it, I have things to do!

Had lunch with mum few days ago. We got bored of eating the same ol’ thing all the time, so we ended up in The Manhattan Fish Market.

Set lunch starts from RM14.95 which is the old style Fish & Chips, and the second cheapest set lunch shoot up to RM20++. Due to budget constrain, mum and I ordered the same set, which comes with a fresh Lime juice.

Man the juice was extreme. It’s so extreme on the sourish side, and I had to make my sour face everytime I sip on the glass of juice. *>.<* But I kinda like it. =]

Then comes our Fish & Chip. I never know the fish & chips can be that hard to eat. I don’t know how they deep fry their fish, until it ended up very OILY! So oily that you won’t feel like eating after finishing your first piece.

And also the tartar cause that was poured on the fish made the fish SOGGY!

Soggy + Oily = LOUSY!!

To make matters worse, the mud pie we ordered just sucked. It’s nowhere near TGI’s mudpie. The Manhattan Fish Market (TMFM)’s mudpie is just insulting.

In the end, I filled my stomach with bunch or oily fish fillets and also some I-don’t-know-what chocolate mudpie.

YUCKS!

This year’s birthday was.. special?

Yeah after 5 years of studying and celebrating in Melaka, it’s like my first time celebrating my birthday in Penang!

I got a lot of wishes from friends, ex-schoolmates, ex-uni-mates, and bloggers too! Those that I remember existence, and also those that I don’t. LOL! Not to mention all my cute cousins!!

I had greetings coming face to face, sms-es, phone calls, MSN, YM, blogs, but I’ve yet to receive a single birthday card yet loh!

And this year I got my first birthday greetings attached with some sexual elements in it. It’s very interesting LOL! Thanks to you know who you are. Eh, I received a great kiss this year too! HHAHAHA!

Most touching greeting comes from my friend, Chuan, where he called me from the hospital, and he sounded so weak. At first I thought he was playing a joke from me, until he lets his mum talk with me. Got to know that he just got out from an appendix operation yesterday, and he’s still very weak. Awww I got so touched instantly. I don’t care whether he really remembered, or his handphone’s calender reminded him, but calling me at that condition? I am really touched dude! -.-

As usual, I had my mille crepe as my birthday cake. This time I ordered the Swiss Chocolate Velvet flavour. Yum yumm it’s still as nice as ever!

The most tulan things that happened is that I got a police ticket on the next day of my birthday, and that, I leave it for another post.

By the way my birthday falls on 1st of November, so if you haven’t wish me happy birthday, you better do so, then I’ll STILL treat you as my friend. Wuahaha!

After all the running around in my life, and also my blog, I think I better stick to my food review. It’s eating that I am really GOOD at, and you know I am good at criticizing also!.

After all, my blog traffic is mainly supported by those food posts that I’ve did back then. You can see among my 10 popular posts, 5 of them is FOOD POSTS!! Lol!

So let me entertain you guys with a simple food review k.

It’s the hot plate noodle that you can find in almost every food court in the malls, but can you really find one that is good?

I used to like the hot plate noodle at the basement of Super Komtar, which is now no more operating due to the Supermarket went bankrupt. Years later, I found one that taste equally nice like the one in Super Komtar.

This is located at the Queensbaymall food court. I didn’t take any pictures of the stall, but don’t worry, it’s not hard to be find if you can read. -.-

Two types of noodles for you to choose from, one is thin (Yee Mee) and another is thicker one (Mee tiao).The meat is soft and tender, together with the thick sauce, add in some chili padi.. Woosh I am salivating! The hot plate comes with one or two pieces of mushroom (depends on how lucky you are) and also some cooked vege.

The price isn’t expensive also. It costs less then RM7 if egg is added INCLUDING tax. Yeah it’s worth eating.

So when you are in Queensbay, and got bored of things to eat, try this out. The BlackPepper claypot rice is also not bad you know.

Lastly, to entertain those that have been complaining over and over again, saying that you guys missed my picture. Well, here’s one fine picture for you.

I was reading back my old post, and those posts are nice! No wonder I get so many comments during those days.

Now I just can’t find the sparks when writing. Even myself also don’t feel like reading back my posts, how disastrous is it.

Irene told me that it’s because of the changes in the lifestyle. From a student who show’s people his attitude and rage, to an insurance agent who has to tolerate people’s attitude and rage. This is what we call kharma I think.

One thing for sure, I definitely can’t let this go on. I have to find back my flinch to create my sparks!
