Very sleepy and tired now. Everybody is sleeping but not me, I just don’t feel like taking naps. Don’t feel like studying, how?

Wow!

I logged in to Paypal today, as usual to accept my payments (woot money money come come!). Suddenly I realise PayPal accepted now can automatically accept every payment in one go! You needn’t have to click into every single payment and accept it now. Well it really helps saving a lot of time for me (as I don’t have a US bank account).

And also, if not mistaken Malaysian can now withdraw from Paypal directly WITHOUT having a US bank account! According to the table in the “Withdraw” section, it would only cost a USD5 if you don’t own a US bank account (like me), which takes about 5-7 business days. That’s even a greater news to me!

I haven’t tested this new function though, cause I haven’t verify my account. Once I got verified, I will try to withdraw and see. Anyway if you have tried withdrawing, please let me know k.

I never know Melaka have great chinese food, or more specifically Teow Chew food, until I tried Teo Soon Long Chan. A shop owned by 3 typical old Teo Chew Chefs.

They claim to have real good business around and the shop isn’t big, so they advice you to make reservation before you come to avoid disappointment.

Peanuts, and 2 house-specialty sauce.

Once you enter the shop, you can see many liquors stacking up on the wall and cupboard for sale. So many and so irresistable. The price isn’t cheap though, RM150 for a Chivas. I think I can get it cheaper in Jusco lor.

To place our order, the chef lead us to their “fridge” where they place all the fresh seafood for us to choose. With some recommendations from the chef as well as blogger whom blogged about it, we made a fast call on the dishes.

Crab? Prawn? Oyster? Frogs? Soft-shell crabs? Clams? They have it all!

First to come was the fry oyster noodle. It’s the best oyster noodle I ever had, with big and juicy oyster and super black sauce, pluz some kungfu from the chef, and also the sambal + lime juice, it tasted perfect! Just perfect for our hungry stomach.

Then came the house-toufu, topped with chopped meat. Soft toufu and almost-crispy skin, delicious is the word that came our of my mouth.

They call themself big chef. Even a simple dish of vege can be so tasty. It totally can’t be compared to any restaurants in Melaka. Damn good!

Finally came our sweet and spicy King-Crab. One crab is almost 1kg, you imagine the size. With this big size, you needn’t have to dig deep to get meat, the meat is EVERYWHERE! So fresh, so nice!

And for our dessert, there’s their house specialty, steamed yam with pumpkin and ginko seeds. The yam is smashed into very find texture and it’s so thick. Mix with the pumpkin and dinko seeds, they taste just naturally sweet. Seriously you can’t get this dish elsewhere. It’s only here you get the best!

For a good food, normally you will need to pay for a good price. It’s a freaking RM144.60 for the four of us.

Damn no wonder people always say that we are rich. We are not!! We are just greedy, greedy and greedy. If some one were to attack me with good food, I surely will surrender. :D

Wonder when will my parents come visit my in Melaka. Time to give them a try on Good food, of course at the expense of my dad’s wallet. Wuahaha!

I am going to do my industrial training starting from 22nd October in Ipoh. Great, now I need to move all my stuffs again.

I got no car here, so mum asked some delivery company come to my house and collect my stuffs. Mum told me to pack a roughly 20kg of stuffs in boxes. So I thought “Great! Can bring all my text books, files, notes, clothes and everything-you-can-imagine in.”

So I spent almost an hour packing my clothes, as they are the most important thing I need to send back. Arbo I have to stay naked when I am in Ipoh adi. -.- Nevermind, I fold and fold, stuffed and stuffed my shirts and pants into 2 big printer box.

Then I went to weight this both item, “GOD! IT’S 18KG ALREADY!”

Siao liao. At first I thought can still pack in other stuffs like notes and textbooks back (I have a big amount of notes and about 8 thick textbooks). Now I don’t even have to think about it. It’s just clothes that weights 18kg.

Nevermind, I told you I have 2 big box of clothes packed right. But when I went to open my wardrobe, I went Gosh!! My cupboard is still full! I don’t see any clothings lessen in my wardrobe! *slaps myself for kept on buying everything I go shopping*

Now I know how spoilt I am..

Now there’s only 2kg left for my to pack. Should I pack all my 2kgs on undies and send back? Nah just joking I don’t have that much of undies. LOL!

Sigh, I am so much of a spoilt kid.

It’s 27th of September today. Apart from my Industrial Training Briefing today, I’ve almost forgotten today’s the “Stop Abuse” day by BlogCatalog. You can see I’ve put the banner on my sidebar some time ago, only waiting for this day.

Global warming has been a hot topic for quite a long time. The Ozone layer is getting thinner and thinner day by day. People mentioning the reason that causes global warming all the time, mainly is because of how we “take care” towards our lovely Earth. We chop down forests, build high rise building, use petrol in a uncontrollably amount..

Every single thing we do does affect the mother nature. Could I call this Earth abuse? I certainly think so, as we are already abusing Earth, and if we don’t stop this, we will end up in a bigger crisis, real big one. Our selfish act will lead our next or next-next generation into a big trap, leaving them no place to run, and lastly no oxygen to breath in.

That will be the end of our humankind. (a little bit exaggerating, I know)

Look at our country, it’s basically no awareness at all. Smokers, please stop smoking! Students, please stop wasting papers! People, stop wasting water and electricity already! Use bags instead of wasting plastic bags in supermarts!

So everyone, please stop abusing our Earth, don’t use up every natural resources we have, and don’t take Earth for granted. Help save the next generation, okay?

Oh yeah, time for another food post!

With only less then one year left in Melaka, we decided to try on some new cafe (instead of those old boring ones). This time we stopped at Eastern Creative Recipe for some Eastern & Western Fusion food.

Main colour - Green.

The business wasn’t good considering there are only 2 tables (including us) eating there, probably because we are quite late (2pm) for lunch.

Dark wood furnitures, same old Chinese Concept.

Though they serve Eastern&Western Fusion, but they use eastern style concept. Teapots, bamboos are used to decorate their shop, together with their shop colour - Green.

So so so so.. Green.!

Look on to the menu, they serves real healthy food. Organic veges and fruit juice. I ordered Lime + Celery + Honey + Apple + Orange, for some anti-cancer function. Seriously they taste good! There are also many combinations of fruits and veges waiting to be tried on. Net ordered Honewdew + lime + honey and she gives me a thumb up for the drink.

Healthy drinks bring healthy body. Ignore those faces behind, they are irrelevant. Wahaha!

For my main meal, I ordered Peppermint Salad Chicken Chop. The greeny thing really matches the shop. Lolz! The chicken is marinated then only deep fried, then topped with mayonnaise + peppermint sauce, and the set comes with raw vege salad with black sesame sauce, fruits, and fries. Fries could be upgraded into white rice (or brown rice) for a charge or RM1.

I am so satisfied with this dish. The peppermint smell isn’t strong, it’s more to the mayonnaise taste. So those who dislikes peppermint, you can safely try this. Healthy yet tasty. I need to bring my parents here, they surely will love it.

LWL ordered BBQ chicken set. I tried the chicken, it’s soft and very bbq-ish. Super-licious!

Fenn’s spaghetti with BBQ chicken set taste equally good. When I say good, I mean it.

Ever seen spahgetti topped with “ji zi” and black sesame?

Also did you guys notice that they put some red bean alike chinese herbs called “ji zi”, on the chicken as well as the spaghetti. According to my dad, the tiny red thing can replenish our blood, and also improve our eyesight. See, it’s so healthy can!

Seriously, I would like to give “The most Healthiest cum Tastiest Food Award” to Eastern Creative Recipe. Surely, I will drop by again. The only thing that is dissapointing is the menu which looks real BORING, and the dishes aren’t really limited also. Hope they can introduce more dishes.

Comfy sofa for a nice chat during tea time.

Price-wise, it’s only less then RM15 for the drink and the main meal. Not expensive at all! I am willing to pay more if they serve this class of quality food in Bukit Beruang.

Of course, I won’t recommend this to you if you can’t accept those “organic” and healthy stuffs.
