Crapped Under (Good stuffs, Stories) by yung .

It’s a month since I last left Melaka after I graduated, and I missed everyone especially in this lonely night.

I missed those times where I get to patkua with my patgong and patpoh friends when coursemates started walking in to the class, and our conversation will usually starts like, “Eh, you know ar, blablabla..”. Ok I am one of the patgong.

I missed those times when we have no idea where and what to eat after class, and just squating down impatiently waiting for someone to make a decision. Human are hard to please.

I missed those times where I need to make a decision to go for badminton, or to go have meals with my friends. One is to lose weight, another is to indulge in the food.

I missed those times when it’s so annoying that I have to go celebrate friend’s birthday no matter how tired I am. This is what we call friend mar!

I missed everyone.

Group pic taken in Seoul Garden during one of the farewells.

Bottom (L-R) : Me, LuHeng, Cunlynn, YunXuan, ChiauEe, KaiCheen, EeLing, MeiPing, and Susan.

Are you missing me?

Updated @ 5.48pm 25th June ‘08 : Not to forget about kimfei for being the cameraman. Sorry dude I am just so lazy to photoshop you into the pic. =D Waiting for your domain.

Crapped Under (Stories, Travel) by yung .

Not in a good mood to write about my Bali trip itenary in detail. So let me just skip the boring part, and tell you a story about me and my friend almost being raped in Bali.

Lol!

The story starts like this..

All the 19 of us, signed up for a Bali full course massage, which consists of a full body massage, reflexiology, body scrub, yogurt and a spa for 2 hours.

We went in the place, and were assigned 2 person to a room. Me and my friend, CJ (a handsome guy) were sent into the same room by a Balinese girl (the massager).

She took us into a room, and tell, “take off..” then she went out of the room.

O.O!!

Me and CJ were both in confused mood as we both had no experience in getting a massage. We have no idea the word “take off” means taking off until where. Is it until our underwear? Or just take off our shirts? Or NAKED??!

NAKED!!?? Holy. I don’t want to be naked infront of a stranger, and my friend. =[

Both of us in a stim and blur mode, decided to go to the toilet first.

Then we actually met many of our friends visiting the toilet too. One of the friend showed us the disposable underwear his massager gave to him. Another friend told us that it was on the massage bed. Me and CJ wondered, how come the girl didn’t give us any of this disposable underwear??!

Then we went back to our room (after doing our pee-pee lar of course) and checked. Hey there’s no disposable underwear on the bed either! 2 minutes later, the massager only walk in the room and passes us the disposable underwear.

*wipe sweat*

Did she intentionally did that??! To see both of us naked?!!

Nevermind.

Me and CJ then stripped off, and changed into the disposable underwear. This time, 2 massager came in, and ask us to sit on the chair, where they will wash/scrub our leg.

We were both naked, except for the disposable underwear. It’s just so embarassing to be such naked in front of the strangers.

10 minutes, after they scrubbed and washed our feet with brushes and salt, only we are sent to our bed to be massage.

Long story cut short.

After my massager massaged my back, she told me to turn upward so that she could massage my top. I turned, and let her massage. She took off my blanket and started to massage. Few minutes later, I felt so cold, and decided to open my eye and see what’s going on.

I was shocked. I saw CJ’s blanket is still on his body while he was being massaged, why the hell did my massager took off my blanket. Damn! I then asked her to cover me up because I was really cold.

What the hell..

2 hours later, we finished our massage.

After discussing with our friends about the experience, we only found out that everyone was given a towel to cover themself while their leg is being washed, except for the both of us.

SWEAT!!!

BOTH OF US WERE SURE, THAT WE WERE BEING SET UP BY THE 2 BALINESE GIRLS, THAT SEEMS TO BE INTERESTED IN US!!

I can’t imagine what if we were stupid enough to be naked. There should be some “special service” I assume.

AAAhh! By just thinking seemed to be horrible enough. Luckily, we came out in one piece, and most importantly, clean.

-.-||

Scary..

Before I start anything fancy in 2.0 Silent Whisper, let me dedicate this post to our Bali Tele Trip ‘08 organiser, Wei Shiang. I wanna thank him, for organising this wonderful trip to Bali for all the 19 of us. Without him, we might not have enjoyed so much like what we had.

For the trip, so much problems had occurred. Finding a appropriate tour agency to manage our trip to suit EVERYONE is hard enough. Some complained about the price, some complained about the hotels, some didn’t even wanna give a decision whether to go or not, and everybody just talk. Hardly anyone give a solid alternative, everybody just COMPLAIN! If you complain, it’s fine but please provide us with a solution, not by throwing a sentence like “my friend/mum/relatives/bf/gf go only so cheap how come ours so expensive?“, etc.

Also, there were some complications for doing passports for the East Malaysians. So we have to make a group passport for those who can’t and don’t have passports. The minimum person needed to make the passport is 5. One minute, there are 5 people making group passports, and the next minute, there were not enough people. Another minute, there are enough people again. Hello! Make up your mind please. In the end, Wei Shiang have to tag in the group passport despite he already had his own international passport just to fit in the minumum people required for the passport.

Despite the unfortunate event (not suitable to be disclosed) just few hours before the trip, he still made it for the trip. It’s such a big sacrifice he made for all of us, really. I wonder if everyone took it for granted but for me, the sacrifice he made is so huge that I cried for it.

He’s also the one that walk from the front to the back, then from the back to the front of the group just to ensure that everyone is not missing until he got his legs and toes injured.

During the trip, there were also people who didn’t show coorperation, and those who showed their temper, I hope that you are blast by the lightning for taking everything so granted. Please do learn how to appreciate what sacrifice people had done for you and not just keep showing your dissatisfaction.

Thanks Shiang, for all the sacrifice you made for us. Thanks Shiang, for giving us such a great memory before we all leave apart. Thanks Shiang, for being such a great leader for the trip so that all of us can enjoy our trip fully.

Although I didn’t buy any souveniers back from Bali, but the memories I’ve had (not to mention the 20.3Gb pics in my hardisk) is much more worthy then those silly wood statues/keychains sold in Bali.

Me and Shiang, staring at the Bali sunest.

Shiang, thanks for everything. I love you.

I have being hesitating whether or not to write this post. I spent much effort covering the sore and hollow, and by writing this is like digging myself a deep hole of hollow to bury myself.

I am seriously in a contradicting mood right now. I felt happy, yet sad at the same time.

Happy, because I’ve finally manage to finish all my subjects in pursuing an engineering degree, without failing any subjects.

I know myself well. Engineering is not my field, 100% not. I never like it. I picked up this course because Penang offers wide opportunities for engineers with all the big factories around. Also, it’s another profession which offers high paid salary, which attracts me the most.

Studying is hard enough. What’s worse is studying in things that you have zero interested in. Exam period have been specially hard for me, not because I get stressed over exams but it’s the guilt feeling that I might have made a wrong decision picking up this course as I look at the notes fill with stuffs that I don’t like and have no interest in.

Although I didn’t achieve a high CGPA like what my other friends striving for, but at least, I graduated without failing any subjects. I am so proud of myself already.

That, is what I am happy about.

Yesterday, I sent Fenn off from Melaka back to her hometown, sent Net off to KL, and sent LWL to the bus sentral just now. My friends are leaving one by one, and I felt like I didn’t even have the time to know them more but they are gone now. I really missed everyone.

All of us will be back to our own hometown or some designated place for work, and luckily there’s still one chance for us to meet up with each other during convocation 2 months later, but I am sure things would be different by then.

This, is what I felt sad.

True friends are so hard to be found. My definition of friends isn’t someone who can be make used of, so I don’t expect to make any friends in the future working environment. My friends are all I have now, and they only gets lesser.

Tired.

It’s good that I won’t be starting to work so soon. Happy that my family supported my decision (barely). I need a break, to slowly chew on my past, and think about my future.

Should I work as an engineer, a job that I would never like? Or should I just venture out in some other fields that I am at least interested in.

I, don’t know.

After changing my 2 months old bedsheet, I felt so comfortable especially when replacing it with my favourite yellow bedsheet! (Did I tell you my favourite colour is yellow?)

Yellow looks good isn’t it!

Yellow bedsheet, yellow pillow case, yellow bolster case, and also a super yellow Spongebob-squarepants beside!

That’s just me, don’t laugh. Haha!

Just out of curiosity, how many of you sleep with a bolster? And also how many of you (for guys only) have dolls on your bed?

Do leave a comment thanks.

Crapped Under (It's FUN!, Stories) by yung .

Wanna know how a 15 minutes process turned into 90 minutes? Read this.

Yesterday was our due date to submit The thesis, yeah the thesis that tortured me all day and night, even in my dreams!

So initially our plan was, 11am me and my housemate LWL to fetch Fenn, and go to the book shop to bind our thesis, to campus to submit it, luncheon at someplace luxurious to celebrate.

Plan was smooth at first. We went out, car no puncture. Fetched Fenn, she waited outside her house already. Binding shop, not really a lot of people so we needn’t have to queue.

Things started to go wrong when we reached campus. Fenn noticed that her title on her cover page is PRINTED WRONGY! (Yeah how the fuck did she do that -.-) So, she asked net, who was about to bind her report, to print the cover page for her by sending her the correct title page in sms.

Me and LWL went on submitting our thesis of course.

Suddenly, Fenn noticed also there’s error in one of her Appendix page. This time, she have to print it herself as Net has left her house to the binding shop.

We then rushed to Fenn’s house to print the appendix page, and screw that fucking printer for showing its attitude, it took us 15 minutes just to print 2 pages.

Havoc. Everyone was in nervous-mode as it was 11.40am already and the FET office closing time is 12pm, for lunch.

At her house, we thought why didn’t we go to my house for printing since my house is so much nearer to the campus then hers! This is what nervousness turned us, brainless.

-.-|||!

Luckily this is not the road condition around our campus.

After printing, we went to the binding shop to meet with Net, thinking that everything will be finished after Fenn got her cover page. We knew god was too easy on us. Apparently Net printed again the wrong cover page!

AAAAHHHHH! (Yeah I have to shout even while blogging!)

This time, we were slightly smarter. We binded a few pieces of blank papers, and then went straight back to my room and print the covers.

Ok. It was already 12.05pm. RUSH TO THE CAMPUS hoping that they might have some late lunch.

Finally, she managed to submit her report, as the FET office lunch time is 12.30pm.

WTF!!!!

Things doesn’t just end here. After submitting the stuffs, Fenn noticed her file containing her notes, lab reports to be submitted had GONE MISSING!

This is where we started to think that there’s some jinx surrounding us.

We think, and thought. Finally decided to re-visit the binding shop for the third time, to look for the file. Luckily, it was found over there.

NOW. Our initial plan was only 15minutes for the whole process, it has now turned into 90 minutes.

Guess this is a result of clumsiness, severe clumsiness.

To illustrates more, here’s the brief map of all of the four locations mentioned in this story.

Only four locations, but visited 8 times within 90 minutes.

See how far each destination it is from each other.. -.-

Luckily things are all done now. Relieved.

8 days ago, I declared my own blogging break. My schedule was so tight with my FYP matters. Finally, I finished my thesis and printed 2 sets of thesis prepared to be binded and pass up tomorrow.

Now, I have the time to blog!

During my blogging break, the number of visitors have dropped drastically. Just checked my sitemeter, only an average of 30 person visited. Thanks to those who still visits my blog even I am in my break. Again, I apologize for having such a long break.

A lot have been going on during the past 8 days, and days before my blogging break.

I’ve changed my phone, from SE w810i to LG Shine.

I’ve organised our private prom party, and the night was full of joy and defintely memorable for the all of us.

I’ve tried facing my laptop from morning 9am to 2am not going (Thks Fenn for telling me the typo!) doing things I like, but just preparing datas for my FYP. Life sucks.

I’ve revisited Rasa Sayang buffet as I always wished. Too bad, I got bored due to the same kind of food served even the food are all so delicious. Human just can’t be pampered.

Many had happened for the past few weeks. Give me some time to recapture back what had happened. I promise to blog interesting posts for you guys for the near future. Well, at least I’ll blog about something that I am felt interesting. Sorry if my taste doesn’t suit yours. Heehe!

“Why am I being so polite suddenly???”

Well, I DON’T KNOW!

Things have changed.

People around me have changed, everything have changed, but I don’t want to change. I wanna remain invariant.

So many A few had commented about the “stupid people” they met in their life. Thanks for your support. Now I know I am not the only one facing problems with stupid people.

“Stupid people” sounded insulting, so let me just refer them as “Them”.

Just let me share one classic example of my encounter with one of Them (”Stupid people” sounded insulting, for now I refer them as “Them”.), which is my landlady.

She heard it from her patpoh friends, saying that putting ice near the electricity meter will make the meter freeze and move slower, and she hopes to save some money from it.

So, she took a glass full of ice, and put it on top of the meter to “freeze” it. Not long later (about an hour) surely the ice had all melted. You know what she did??

Ok this is classic, so put some time in guessing please.

..

..

..

..

..

..

..

..

..

..

..

Got it?

..

..

..

..

..

..

..

..

Ok. Let me just tell you.

She fucking pour the cold water into the meter!

Waraoo! And you know the consequences lor, the whole house went black out!!

I was really pissed when my house for no reason had no electricity for the day, yet at the same time felt funny because how on earth can somebody pour water on the electricity meter?!?!?!!?

I have to help her call the TNB and somemore lie to them saying that the ceiling was leaking. Sin.

I really feel like giving her a “Stupid Degree Certificate” to certify her for her stupidness. Duh! Not that she’s those young and innocent, she aged 30+ and is a mother of 3!

So how? This story CLASSIC OR NOT!?!

I’ve shared this with a lot of my friends and relatives, and all of them laughed so hard. Hopefully you like it too.

My future master bedroom.

Sleep.

Goodnight.

—.—.—.—.— —.—.—.—.— —.—.—.—.— —.—.—.—.— —.—.—.—.—

Ken Lee! Heard of it? It’s so popular nowadays and if you have no idea what is it about, click on the link to watch a short clip in youtube.

It’s actually a song originally sang by Mariah Carey - Without You, and you can see how this Bulgarian ruin the song. Not only that, she’s now so popular for her “ruined song”.

You know, we always take things for granted and when things gone missing from you, then only you felt regretful. Sometimes it’s too late to change the situation, but luckily for this particular situation, we can still have the full performance from Mariah Carey.

Mariah Carey rocks!
